Do I have to pay a full price if Apple sends me another ipod for a repair?

I sent my ipod for a repair to Apple and they sent me a new ipod. Do I still have to pay the full price for an ipod or just the repair cost?

The following :

http://support.apple.com/kb/index?page=servicefaq&geo=United_States&product=ipod

says:

An iPod that is ineligible for warranty service may be eligible for Out-of-Warranty (OOW) Service. For example, an iPod that has failed due to damage or liquid damage is ineligible for warranty service but eligible for OOW service. However, certain damage is ineligible for OOW service, including catastrophic damage, such as the device separating into multiple pieces, and inoperability caused by unauthorized modifications. Please see Apple's Repair Terms And Conditions for further details.

As long as the damage was not catastrophic, I would say you would pay the reduce cost, not full price.
