There is a book in the us ibook store that I'd like to buy, but I can't access it on the Israeli store. Since my credit card is Israeli, I can't buy the books
In fact, only free non copyrighted books appear on the Israeli store..
Why can't I purchase regular books on that store? Is there a way to?

If you can't buy a book, it is probably because Apple has not yet negotiated the distribution rights for your country. The fix is to try one of the other ereaders for the iPad, like Kindle, Nook, or Googlebooks. Also see
Kinda bummer, as it involves no shipping, so shouldn't be rocket science for apple.
But anyhow - just bought on kindle. Thanks! (reading experience not as great as iBooks)

Copyright issues for ebooks seem to be at least as difficult as rocket science:-)
Is this only a copyright content issue (book not yet released for the Israeli store) or is it a billing issue? I know that some items can only be purchased with an american credit card on record for example... might that solve the issue?
