Does anyone know if apple accepts iBooks with the epub3 format?
There are some that have to be created since they use the read aloud / read and listen feature.
Also, is apple tied to major publishing houses or do they accept ebooks like they do apps from any Joe blow Hemingway ?

The reason I posted this here is that I read in other places that apple does not accept ebooks using the ePub 3 specifications. The link you provided does not say yea or ney on the format, just a link with the ePub 2 specs and info.
the iBooks app can and does read epub3 created media, since it has the read aloud feature.
Any publish a ePub 3 format book to iBooks?
