What do I do if my I touch is stolen and has no warranty pls help
Report it to the police and change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod. Apple will not help you find it.If you had ALREADY set up the FindMyiPhone feature you may be able to locate it and wipe/erase the iPod.

I can only think of two possible solutions for your problem here you can alert the police (although you probably have) or you can track it using the free app Find My iPhone although I think you may of had to register it on the ipod.
If none of this helps I'm sorry for your inconveniecne.

I'm pretty sure you'll have to buy a new one and restore it from a backup. If you get your iPod stolen, it's pretty much your fault for leaving it in an unsafe place.

If it's been stolen and you have an Apple ID with this iPod Touch registered you can log on to www.icloud.com and use Find my iPhone. If the iPod Touch is connected to the internet, you can find out where it is and optionally you can lock it, send a message to it or wipe it to protect your data.
