Q: How to strike-through words in Pages on iPAd?

Click on the words to select them, then click on the "i" icon in the upper right, then select the style tab the select the s button.

To "strike through" Pages Text on an iPad,  select the text, select the Paint Brush icon in the upper right, then click on the button Eric Ross described above (Don't have a keystoke for that symbol on my Pages iPad, looks like a slash through "s")....
