Use a USB to SD adapter if you don't have a slot for it.
Here's a multi-reader device
(posting as a example only, not a endoresment, no comp as always)
Would help if we knew what model MBP you have. Include that in your Products Profile, i.e. 'Mac Book Pro 2.4 GHz"
I have the same question. I just got a 17" MBP, 2.3GHz Intel i7, 8gb ram. I know you can connect the camera direct via the USB port, but what about the ExpressCard/34 Slot? I'm deployed right now, but thought my wifes MBP (2010 version) had a SD slot, but I could be wrong. Is there an adapter for the ExpressCard slot or am I supposed to be able to plug the SD card right into it?
Thanks,
Butch
The 17" is considered too pro for an SD card reader and has an ExpressCard slot instead. I think the pro users were complaining when Apple wanted to replace them with SD card readers. The other models have an SD card reader. Just get a USB to SD adapter.
Makes sense. Thanks!
