i cant seem to find a solution to my problems of transferring my saved games data from my iPhone 1st Generation (2G) to my iPad2.
Specificly 3 games, Smurf, Tap Zoo and Tiny Zoo.
Anyone knows of a solution?
iPad 2, iOS 4.3.3
when I first connected my ipad to itunes it asked me if I wanted to restore the fresh ipad with a backup from my ipod touch or iphone had I said yes and owned those games
I would have gotten my game data on my ipad

And hat if i have jailbreaked my iPad2 with jailbreak 3.0 from jailbreakme.com? Would it restore to the original OS version of the iPad?
If you Restore from Backup it will Restore you to the current version of iOS and remove your jailbreak.
It's going to be up to the designers of the game to create it in a way that you can convey saved scores - Rudegar's way is the only solution, unless the game itself has a designed syncing of scores between devices (but most don't).
We really can't get into discussing jailbroken devices here - it violates the terms of this forum.
For Tap Zoo specifically, you can save your game on their server and then load it onto another device and its really easy!
Here are the instructions to Register to permanently transfer your game:
1) In your game on your old device, Save your game first. Then go to Main Menu > Other > Account > tap on Register and follow the instructions
2) On your new device, download the game (if you haven’t already done so) and do step #1. It should now say that you’ve already registered that email address, and to check your email.
3) In your email, you will receive a short note with a link that you must follow to confirm that you want to link the game between the two phones.
4) Immediately after following the link and seeing confirmation that you have linked the game across devices, you can load your game on your new phone.
5) To load your game on the new device, in the menus find the “Save/Load” button. Then click “Load”

I have the answer for the smurfs village issue...
its the easiest thing ever! you still have the village in ur old device?? just create a Game Center account, this one serves as a free platform for online game data storage (its free) this will save a almost realtime village backup, then just install the app on your new device and follow these steps[
1-make sure WIFI and have a good signal strengh and that u are logged in to ur Game Center Account..(if u used ur same itunes to sync then u should be fine)
2-run application (will show u started from scratch)
3-Go to the "build" icon (the little hammer to the bottom-right side of the screen once ur in the new village)
4-game Center does some magic appearance!! will show u two options : a)use village saved on this device and b) use existing village on account..
5-select the one at the right side (the village backup that was saved on ur Game Center account from ur old device)
and that was it!!!!! it works i did it myself...😉

I gave my old Ipad 1 to my grandson and deleated everything on it so am I screwed as to getting my Smurf village back as was on 41???? Upset!!!
