Making the first column always visible

Sorry for the simple questions. Still relatively new to Numbers.

I am cataloging a record collection with my first row having the title of the spreadsheet and then my second round having name, year, condition, type, etc.

How can format the spreadsheet to where the first 2 rows are always visible as a scroll down? (if that makes sense) So no matter how far I go down in the rows, the first two rows will remain visible. Thank you in advance:)

Hi CB,

  • Make those two rows Header rows.
  • Go Table (menu) > Freeze Header Rows.
  • Make the first column a Header column.
  • Go Table > Freeze Header Columns.

Done.

Barry
