my internet explorer is blocking itunes website

my computer will not let me download itunes. im getting an certificate error. how can I fix this?

You should see a notification pop-up at the very end of the page. You should allow the add-on: "QuickTime" from "Apple Inc.".

Try a different browser.
Temporarily disable the Anti-Virus and/or Firewall software on the computer.
Provide the exact text of the error so that others can be of assistance.
