iPod ArtworkDB problem

I recently update all my music onto my ipod along with artwork for everything. After that I went to my friends house and put some songs onto my ipod from his computer. After it was done updating all my artwork for everything was gone. I came home and tried to figure out why and it came up with an exclamation bubble saying that \iPod_Control\Artwork\ArtworkDB file was corrupt.
I tried deleting the ArtworkDB file and restarting iTunes and that didn't fix it.

Is there anyway I can fix it without restoring my iPod?
