Free apps don't charge anything on the credit card, so nothing should show up on the bill.
If you're only getting free apps, just to be on the safe side, you can make an account without a listed credit card number. Here's how: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534
Omg I have the same problem too! I'm using my mother's credit card and I'm not worried about the money part because I have money from itunes already, but she said I'm not allowed to play games on my ipad. I recently downloaded anipang because I love it! But I'm so scared if the name will show up on any receipt, statement, bill, ect. Please tell me what will happen? It's a free app, but I don't know if the name will show up on anything. I just don't want the name to be seen.
The games will, however, appear in the Purchase History for the iTunes Store account, and receipts will be emailed to the associated email address. If that does to your mother, then she will see everything you download, free or not.
Perhaps it would be best to just follow your mother's rules and not download games, and delete any you already have. Then there's no chance you can get in trouble over game playing.
Regards.
Just be aware frght that after you "purchase" a free app there may be a hold placed on the credit card. See:
The hold should not appear on a monthly bill. It will very likely only show if the CC account is reviewed between the time the hold was made and when it was withdrawn.
