I fell asleep on my phone and deleted safari. does anybody know how to reinstall it??

You cannot delete Safari. You probably moved it to another page of the home screen. Or you disabled it in Restrictions.

Safari can't be deleted. Check other screens, inside folders. Also check restrictions by going to Settings > General > Restrictions.

it is no longer on my home screen. Ive searched every folder n its not there

If you have restrictions turned on, Safari will be disabled. Turn off restrictions and it will be again enabled. One other thing to try is to reset the home screen. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout. Please note this will cause your icons to go back to original position.
