The icons on my GS all of a sudden got huge and I cannot fix it. What can I do?

Iphone 3 GS icons got huge all of a sudden. This is the second time this has happened and I don't know how to fix it. Can anyone help me?

Double tap the screen with 3 fingers. To prevent it form happening again, go to Settings > General > Accessibility, turn off Zoom.
