Jul 17, 2011 7:56 PM in response to danielle6by Carolyn Samit,Read here > How Mac OS X and iOS report storage capacity
an anyone help me or tell me if there is a way that I can purchase more memory or fix my itunes?
It's not memory with an iOS device, it's storage capacity.
The only way increase capacity is to upgrade to a 32 or 64 GB iPod touch.
