It's on your OS X installer disk that comes with the computer under the Optional Install folder, just stick it in.
Doubleclick on the Xcode package to install.

Use the Mac OS Install DVD that came with your machine. Open it in the Finder and go to the Extra folder to open the Installer.

Macs don't come with Xcode. You can get it from the App Store or by opening a paid developer account with Apple.
