Ipod touch was blocked and now is running without wifi

I have a IPOD T8G that didn't work, Total blocked. It didn't slide the cursor. I waited when it spent all battery, i recharged it and the IPOD slide again and works, but when in wifi it's blocked again. Next time I went to settings and disable wifi, it's running well without wifi. So I don't know why it's blocking in wifi connection?

- First try resetting the iPod:

Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home

button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Next try restoring the iPod from backup via iTunes

- The restoring to factory defaults/new iPod

- If still problems you likely have a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I did all,

This case the IP is automatic,

When the IPOD in WIFI, in Safari it works about 3 minutes, then block.

In block mode, i can't slide de unblock.

The las perform that i did:

1. Let's spend all batt,

2. Recharge again, (i think it's turn on the primitive settings.

3. Turn in settings, wifi off.

4. IPOD run well, (calculator, Mp3, notes...)

I believe there is a internet command that block the IPOD.
