How do I move photos between projects if the photo is published in Flickr/Facebook

I have a TOSORT project in my library that I use to triage photos as they come in. I go through and work on the photos and then move them to an appropriate library. I made the mistake of accidentally publishing some photos to Flickr/Facebook from this folder and now I can't seem to move them out. Any tips/tricks I am missing?
