Ipod Nano 6th Gen wont start ?! Help!

Hi there,


My daughters newish Ipod nano (Small pink square touch screen iPod) wont for the life of it turn on? No matter what I do it wont start up, screen stays black. though when I plug it into Itunes, it is recognized on I tunes! Bizarre. Ive tried to turn it on by holding down vol button and the on button but nothing. Such a waste as I have misplaced reciept of purchase. ;S


Any suggestions would be most appreciated!
