What happens if you boot into and operate from Safe Mode? You have a large number of third-party extensions including both Virtual Box and Parallels. You really should use one or the other. The panic may have been caused by something in Virtual Box. You are using an older version. A new one was released today.

I would consider uninstalling Virtual Box as well as RowMote, and the third-party software associated with these extensions:

  1. com.google.filesystems.fusefs 2.1.5
  2. com.Cycling74.driver.Soundflower 1.5.2
  3. com.jft.driver.PdaNetDrv 1.0.0d1
  4. com.makemkv.kext.daspi 1
  5. com.roxio.BluRaySupport 1.1.6

Booting into safe mode will disable them, so you may wish to do that before uninstalling anything to see if the panics stop while in safe mode. This may also help to determine that the RAM is really OK.

Oh, and disconnect any third-party peripherals except the standard keyboard and mouse.
