why are they not selling the macbook anymore

On the apple website theres no more macbook

I, for one, do not like the idea of Lion. I have physical limitations which make it hard enogh for me to type let alone reach up and interact with the screen. It's ok on the iPad because the movement is in one area...on the tablet. I'm very disappointed over this. Even my husband, who was about to switch to Mac from windows at home, has now said he won't make the switch. It's stupid to force this kind of movement on us. I'm staying with snow leopard until my machine stops running.

We are all just users like you so all we can contribute is opinion and speculation. And don't expect any info from apple they like to keep everything secrets.


The macbook Air has a drive, it is solid state (flash) is faster and more dependable than any hard drive. If you need more drive space than the 64 128 and 256 G available in the Air, then buy a macbookpro. That is what apple is offering to us now, and I agree with you, it limits our choices.
