I'm downloading Lion now, but I would like to know if my install of Adobe CS4 will still work?

I really hope it does, I could never get it to work on snow leopard... and I had the master collection so it was sad to see it not work. If they could get it to work with Lion it would be amazing,
My CS4 has been working great with Snow Leopard. I have Design Premium...

I know that Adobe CS4 has supposedly been confirmed as working, but I'm having problems with InDesign CS4 and Illustrator CS4 crashing when printing. I don't even get to the print dialog box. When I select "Print" I get the dreaded spinning rainbow ball, then after a few moments, the program crashes. Photoshop CS4, Photoshop Elements 8 and Acrobat Pro 9 print fine. I did update to Java For Mac OS X 10.7 after installing Lion as suggested in Adobe's documentation on known issues with Lion. Any ideas, anyone?

I never print directly from Indesign or Illustrator. I export PDFs and print from acrobat as the PDFs are more representative of what my print house will get. I can understand your frustration though but I don't expect Adobe will be in a hurry to provide updates for CS4!

Nice thought, Drew, and I appreciate the suggestion, but I print most all of my documents in-house on a Lanier multifunction printer, and Acrobat doesn't have some of the print features I need such as "Print Booklet." I work for a church, and upgrading to CS5.5 right now is a little iffy.
Is anyone else having this problem with CS4?

I understand. I freelance for my Church and 5.5 isn't an option either.
I've a few other issues with Lion so I might do a clean install to see if that helps.

I tried your method of printing directly from Indesign CS4 this morning, and it worked flawlessly. Perhaps its a printed driver?

I've tested both Print and Print Booklet within InDesign and both worked without problem for me.
