dual boot mac os x snow leopard and mac os x lion on MacBook Air late 2010 model

Hi,

Currently I have Mac OS X 10.6.8(Snow Leopard) as my main OS and I would like to know if I can dual boot Mac OS X Leopard and Mac OS X Lion ? I've created an extra partition for Lion.

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

You will need to partition the storage using Disk Utility to create a partion for Lion on the internal storage. If you have an external HD, you can create a bootable clone using SuperDuper or Carbon Copy Cloner and then boot from that drive and install Lion on the EHD. Then you have preserved all the internal storage the MBA has. The downside is this will be slower to boot and run because it's not on an SSD like the MBA, or of course you could purchase an external SSD however that kind of defeats the purpose of an SSD. 🙂
