How did you connect to the Internet before? A few details would be useful.

Turn off IPv6 in Network Advanced TCP/IP and reboot, see if that works.

Check Apple's license details throughly before usingorinstalling Lion.
This is what binds you legally, notwhat users say or sites suggest you can do.
Wired, ethernet...
I am using IPv4...
I'd suggest restarting your router or modem...
I'm having the same problem.
That is not it. there are other computers (PCs and Macs) in the lab and they are just fine...
So I am not crazy...
No, I cannot figure out how to get my Internet to work. My IP and DNS look correct but nothing is working. My iPad 2 connects just fine with the same DNS etc.
The wireless works fine, but not the ethernet. I need the ethernet in my lab...
My proven method for network trouble is to create a new Network Location and erase all the old ones.
Give this a shot:
This did not work...
How?
I'm having the same problem but it's my wireless that is not working. It shows connected but nothing will go online. My iPhone works fine. I tired the SMC reset and that didn't help. Any other ideas?
