Hello all.
Just installed Lion and the left hand side of the Finder window in the Favorites list I have one file that won't open, also I cant control click it to remove from the list.
Is there any way of getting rid of this broken file in the favorite list?

Hold down the "Command" key and drag off the sidebar.

THANK YOU! Since loading Lion I had a super long favorite (some yahoo url I didn't recognize) in finder that was messing up the subsequent sidepanes. I would right click on it and nothing. Would not even highlight when right clicked or show up in file search. Command and drag poofed it on my desktop. Thanks!!!! One Lion hiccup down, 5,000 to go!
