all of my system apps have been doubled

As soon as I downloaded Lion, I checked Launchpad and I saw that all of my system apps have been doubled. I can't delete them, or move them in finder. Please make an update removing all of these double apps. All of the apps have been moved into a folder called apps in the application folder. Please fix. Thanks.
