The release notes say iTunes 10.4 is 64-bit, but it's not labeled as such in Activity Monitor. It just shows up as a regular Intel application. Any idea why this might be? I'm still on Snow Leopard, but most of my apps are 64-bit anyway.
I am having the same issue except mine says "Aeon", and i'm on lion
I'm seeing the same thing under Snow Leopard. Only iTunes Helper is 64-bit. I wonder whether iTunes 10.4 is 64-bit only under Lion.
