lost ipod touch

i lost my ipod in a friends house i know what room but i have looked every where and i saww this on the website

and my question is is that if it says your ipod does that if it like does something wrong they will give you a knew one or if you lost it they will give you a new one

The Apple warranty covers defects in in the iPod. It does not cover loss of the iPod. Sorry.

If wifi is on, try calling the iPod via Skype or FaceTime or some other app. If yo have sound notifications turned one, you may be able to hear the notification. If you have the FindMyiPhone feature ALREADY set you you can have the iPod make a sound.

Of course not. no warranty does would replace a stolen product.
