Magic Mouse Cursor Jumping to Corners after Lion update?

Subject says it all. Using the mouse normally and randomly on movement the cursor will jump to the corners of the screen. Triggering your hot corners if you have them set up.

I know other people have seen the issue. Wondering if anyone has a solution or a reason behind this? I'm currently running a Quad 27" iMac with wired Keyboard, Magic Mouse, on Lion. But some people have seen it with MBPro as well... It has nothing to do the trackpad or what surface the mouse is being used on. Never had this problem with Snow Leopard. Something in Lion. Any ideas???

I too have this issue.

Occasionaly, the cursor will jump to one of the corners of the display. I'm not sure exactly what prompts it jump, so I can't easliy reproduce it. But it does happen a lot.

It seems to jump when the mouse is not moving. Then, when I move it, it jumps to a corner.

Based on these few posts, it doesn't appear to be hardware specific.

I have a Mighty Mouse, which is obviously over BlutTooth.

I have a Mac Pro, with dual NVIDA 8800 display cards running three 23" displays.

This needs to get fixed, pretty quick.

I've already sent in a "bug" report.

I suggest everyone else does the same.

I have tried turning some of the gesture settings on and off in System Prefences, but so far, nothing seems to work. The cursor continues to have a mind of it's own and keeps jumping to the hot corners. I've had to turn off most hot corners. This needs to get fixed.

Everyone, please send feedback to Apple so that this can get addressed in the next release.

No, I'm not running Better Touch Tool, but have the problem of the cursor slamming into the lower right corner, although truthfully, the problem has seemed to diminish since the first day I upgraded to Lion on my iMac 27". Not sure why, perhaps the jump is from a combination of things when using the mouse, (a tap at the same time as a slide, etc.) Perhaps I am more sure handed with the mouse now.
