How do I retrieve email sent or get confirmation that the email sent?

How do I retreive emails I sent with info so I have a copy or confirm that an email was sent?

Thank you! My roomate just arrived home and showed me that its under accounts in mailbox.

There is no "sent" folder and I cannot find a way to get one!

Are you using the Mail app at the bottom of your screen? If so, when you open the Mail app, at the top left of the screen, you have "Mailboxes". Tap it to view all of your mail folders, including "Sent Mail".
