"Purchased" function not working

When I click on the "Purchased" link in the iTunes store, iTunes goes to the screen that shows the music, apps and books buttons, but there is nothing else (no lists, no "not in my library" button or anything else). It also does not allow me to select any of the three buttons previously mentioned. Just a blank white screen. This has just been noticed after updating ti 10.4. Anyone else?

I am having the same issue. Just the heading Purchase, three "broken" buttons (Music, Apps, and Books) and the Apple legal, etc. (at the bottom), and a pretty white screen are all I see when I went to browse my previous purchases.

The funny part is...this worked before updating to 10.4...

I'm in the same boat with you bud. Anyone want to help? Or is this a bug?

@ leo8877,

It works fine on the Mac? What OS version is it (just curious)? Given that I can see these purchases on iTunes on my iPod Touch, I am assuming the problem is the Windows version of the program itself (and not the store).

FYI, since everyone is mentioning Windows 7 (32- + 64-bit), let me add Windows Vista 32-bit to that list.

Anybody else got any ideas? I'm betting that we all are gonnna have to wait for an update...

Same thing here. It was working fine before. As soon as I updated I could no longer view my previously purchased items in iTunes. I also have a MacBook and with the new update iTunes is working correctly. Looks like the Windows update broke the iCloud "Purchased" function. Hope this can be resolved quickly.

Running: Windows 7 - 64 Bit with iTunes version 10.4.0.80
