I just completed the latest update and all of my mail and other tool bar fonts were changed to much smaller than I had them before. Does anyone know how to change them back?

I just completed the latest update and all of my mail and other tool bars are very small font now. Does anyone know how to change them? Also my mail messages are very small font too.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
