can I block an iPhone from accessing my Apple ID?

So I gave my Apple ID to my brother because he wanted to download apps, but he downloads 18+ apps " like those sex poses and stuff 😝 ", and everytime my parents check the downloads history and find them they shout at me.

I really want to block access to my account via his iPhone.
