Recovery HD with TTP eDrive

(This is in regards to HT4649 from the KB)

I currently use the "eDrive" function of TechTool Pro as an easy way to boot to another drive when I want to defragment my Macintosh HD. Will the "eDrive" conflict with the Lion installer creating the Recovery HD partition (along with the other associated features)? The eDrive does not show up if I were to reboot my Mac and try to select a different start-up disk, which makes me think that it is not a "true" partition but rather just a specially crafted file that TTP knows how boot from. If the eDrive is going to conflict, would I be able to remove it, install Lion, and then re-create it without causing any conflicts between the two?
