My wife and I use our one MAIL program on our new iMac at home, but she's complaining that at work she no longer gets her new mail. She says I steal it! We both have Hotmail accounts. Also, I'd like to move all my mail folders and adressbook to our iMac MAIL. Can someone help me figure this out?

It's a setting under preferences to leave a copy on the server versus deleting it from the server when getting mail. I'm answering my own question!
