Updating Apps in iTunes

I went to iTunes this morning after installing Lion last night and found a half-dozen iOS apps for which there were updates available. Pre-Lion I would just clicket on "Install All Available Updates" and it would have updated all the apps. Now when I click "Install All Available Updates" noting happens and I have to update them individually. Kind of a PITA. Anyone else have this problem?
