dbus-daemon

Since installing Lion on my Mac mini (Core Duo processor, 4 GB memory, previously running Snow Leopard) I am getting a popup error message about every 7 seconds that says something like "Unable to run dbus-demon. PowerPC applications no longer supported." This is extremely frustrating. Please help. How can I figure out what program is trying to run dbus daemon? Failing that, can I reinstall Snow Leopard on my machine until Apple figures this out?

Mac mini, Mac OS X (10.7)
