Aug 8, 2011 12:16 AM in response to spinhogby zAo0002,Wake up spinhog. They are not Microsoft, but they have the same priority; money, money and more money.
If they cared; they communicated about this issue days ago.

Aug 8, 2011 1:43 AM in response to rubenlxby BraN74,Getting the freeze too when playing video through Youtube etc. doesn't always happen but obviously it's annoying when it does! Looking forward to the next OSX update which should hopefully solve this frustrating issue! C'mon Apple, sort out soon please!

Aug 8, 2011 6:15 AM in response to rubenlxby mattfromnewtown,I just emailed them and basically told them they are in breach of contract if they can't fix this issue. I am going to the Apple store tomorrow and try to return this junk.

Aug 8, 2011 9:17 AM in response to rubenlxby moebis,I figured out why Apple is mum on this. You would think the Apple engineers and coders would come across this bug as frequently as we do, and try to fix it. They are not, because of any combination of these 4 things:
1) They are not allowed to watch videos, and will get 40 lashes from Steve Jobs if they are caught watching funny cat videos.
2) They never put their machines to sleep.
3) They are using either older hardware or Macbook Air's that don't have the ATi GPU.
4) They don't like Lion and use Snow Leopard Day to Day.
What do you guys think?

Aug 8, 2011 11:10 AM in response to _R_by Alan Mather,He refers to the unwritten contract between buyer and seller.
The contrct says that goods have to be of a standard that is fit for purpose.
Trading Standards Act, Sale of Goods.
Return your goods, get your money back and wait until, or if, Apple can fix the problems.
If all your gonna do is send a bug report, after shelling out for a new computer, you must have more money than sense.
