FaceTime not working

I just downloaded and installed Lion (upgraded from SL). First time I'm trying to use FaceTime but I keep getting the "The server encountered an error processing registration" error and the "Preferences" selection is grayed out. I checked my Keychain Acess and I don't have any of the so called "Apple iPhone CA". What else can I do to get FaceTime to work?

Please help.
