After installing Lion i'm unable to join my Network Account Server and i'm unable also to bind to my company Active Directory Domain....never had problems with snow Leopard....anybody experiencing the same problems?
Any ideias on what is happening?

Me too.
Although it shows it's correctly bound to the AD, you can't login with any domain user. I've unbound and re-bound the computer, deleted the computer account, rebooted waited for 5-10 mins to see if network accounts were available, but I still can't log into the Active Directory ...
It worked with Snow Leopard before the upgrade.
Exactly having the same problem with ALL machines I upgraded to Lion. Network Account servers shows that a connection to the domain has been established but login window doesn´t show the Domain Users.
Snow Leopard workstations are running fine.
same issue on everyone of our macs as well.
Having the same issue here too... for a NIS (yp) binding of Lion. I could not login for network accounts, either graphical or via ssh.
It seems to be perfectly connected to the servers, can retrieve all NIS maps on the command line....
but I could not browse the same maps via the (new?!) directory editor in the directory utility at the same time....
Specified in the next step besides only a (search) domain the IP/domain name of the server itself too.
I am not sure if that helped, but it brought up at least ssh login.
For the loginwindow itself I experienced a more erratic behaviour... tried to login 2-3times and it failed, but worked then the next time and so on.... maybe some delays or whatever before Lion updates his database...
