Xcode installation problem

After installing the 'Install Xcode" app in the App Store, I lauch it and click Install.

But after a few minutes of installing, a installation alert pops out, and tells me to close the application iTunes.

Even though after quitting, they still say to close the iTunes App!!

Please help me.
