I had to change my email password, but now i can't receive my email on my ipad, what do i need to do, to start back receiving my email on my ipad?

If you changed your email account on the email server you must also change it in your email client. If you chaged your email password in your email client you must also change it on your email server. Your client and server email password must be the same so changing it in one place only won't work.
So you're saying i have to change my email on my ipad account. How do i change my email on my ipad. I don't see any options for that.
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars , then tap the email account on the right and then on the pop-up that appears select Account and type in the new password in the Password field

Delete the mail account from you iPad and then add it back using the new password.
