Launchpad Can't Refresh

I installed Lion and Launchpad came with the basics Apple Apps, so I installed new apps from internet, like Messenger, VLC, etc. The problem is, they don't appear in Launchpad with the other apps. I tried to restarter Mac, Log out and log in. I don't know what to do.
