What kind of external hard drive works with Ipad2?

I am looking for an external hard drive that works with Ipad 2 and have not found anything that would work?

iPad 2, iOS 4.3.3

There's a good review today at TUAW on the Air Stash:

From the review:

The AirStash is a nice product. It allows you to have a portable library of up to 32 GB of documents on your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch without using any of said devices' internal storage. Sharing with family or co-workers is easy and the thing is small and sturdy enough to handle everyday wear and tear. I can whole-heartedly recommend it for road trips (you'll get about 5 hours out of the battery in my experience) and imagine it'll server business users well.

The Air Stash (like similar products) is NOT a "hard drive" in that you can read from it (or open content in other applications, including DropBox) but you can NOT write back to it from your iPad. It handles documents, music, photos and movies in a variety of formats. It may be useful for you as a portable content server. It uses SD cards, up to 32 GB. It would be great for serving up media on a long road trip.

My "hard drive" for documents on my iPad is generally iPad, as that is how I most often access, modify and sync documents without having them physically present on my iPad. There is a nifty app, DropDAV, which allows me to save Pages and Numbers files on DropBox using the WebDAV option.

Yep I know that (sadly, oh to well) but that was one of my very rare posts from my MacBook and I couldn't find a way to edit.

Sounds like, instead of improving the iPad forum interface, they degraded the Mac interface.

I'm slightly involved with a cheesy local forum that allows all functions (such as bold, italics and editing) from the iPad. I don't understand why Apple can't do it with their own forum.

FWIW - I'm now editing from my iMac. It should have worked with your MacBook.
