I have the same problem with the Sqlite3.dll file. You mention moving a copy to the Apple MobileDevice folder, but Abbas from Dubai specifies the Apple Mobile Device Support folder. However, both these folders contain a number od sub folders. Which one exactly do you place the copy of SQlite3.dll into?

Code3 in LA replaced all the Apple software. I'm wondering whether to do this, because as well as getting the SQlite3.dll error, my computer makes a gong-like sound on booting up, which it only makes when there's a problem in booting. My iPhone is connected to computer by USB cable, but it does not show in My Computer as an external drive (or anything else), anymore so I cannot get my pictures directly from it. Nor can I get them from iTunes.

I don't know if the problem is the SQlite3 file or if it is something else. Did you or anyone else have this problem?

No one seems to have noticed my post a page back.

This is because an sqlite3.dll has been placed in the system32 or syswow64 folders.

You need to update your batch script to remove it from the system32 folder (it doesn't need to be there). If someone DOES want it there, they should get the latest sqlite3.dll from http://www.sqlite.org/download.html

I'm not sure where the sqlite3.dll originally came from. There is a small possibility that it was an older version of iTunes that did this, but I think it is more likely that another program that many people here have insalled put the sqlite3.dll in the system32 folder.

I tried coping SQlite3.dll from the previous fixes but it didn't work. I followed your instructions and rename sqlite3 from the SYSWOW folder and the error is gone. I will prob try to sync my apple devices at another day.

Thanks for posting this solution, this is the 3rd time I've had to use, surely apple can do something about this, it can't be the most complicated thing in the world to fix.

The answer worked for me. I see from the dates on the string that this started for most of you a year ago, why did mine just start?

Out of all the options in this forum, this is the one that worked for me. It installed the version of sqlite3.dll which had an earlier date than the one it replaced.

The iPhone Configuration Utility worked immediately and I was able to able to prioritize my WiFi connections through the Configuration Profiles.

i had the same issue what i did was copy the SQLite3.dll link and put it in the safari folder and the itunes folder and that worked for me:) figured it out all on my own!:D
