powerchute

APC Powerchute was eating up one of my processors (90 to 100% usage), once I upgraded to Lion. Had to remove Powerchute - anyone else hit this?

Uninstall it. It's not been compatible with OSX since about Leopard.

You don't need it; OSX has support built-in. See: Using a U.P.S. System with a Mac.
