Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
In safari after the osx lion update, (safari 5.1) when I open a tab and try to close it there is no "x". The only way to close it is to go to another tab and go BACK to the original one and click "x". Does anyone know how to fix it or have the same problem? Thanks.

Try resetting Safari from the menu bar. Select the top 7 boxes then click Reset.

Thanks that seemed to do the trick, however a new one arised. Half of the bar is cut off. Safari for Lion seems to be really glitchy right now.
Try restarting your Mac and yes, there are bound to be a few bugs.
Go to your Safari menu bar click Safari / Report Bugs to Apple.
The sooner the developers see the reports, the sooner a fix. You're not the only one I've come across the with the address bar glitch.
