Safari 5.1 not displaying helvetica Neue after Lion upgrade?

Anyone else having this issue? Twitter's website is a good example. Basically any site which is setting Helvetica Neue as the default font is displaying in A's with a box around them. I've tried altering the encoding to UTF-8 but that had no affect. Helvetica Neue is on my system and fine according to Fontbook. Not seen any other app be affected by this.

Right, having read some more threads about this (which I couldn't find at first, apologies) it's a dupe font issue, I've turned off another instance of Helvetica Neue and half of the A's have gone from Web Twitter. I'm still showing 2 sets of locked Helvetica Neues as system fonts in Font Explorer. So, where do I go to delete this locked dupe fontset?
