Dictionary Lookup broken in Safari 5.1 (Snow Leopard)

The most recent update to Safari 5.1 seems to have broken Dictionary Lookup. Previously, placing the mouse over a word and pressing "cmd-ctrl-d" would show a popup of the definition, similar to this:

As of the most recent Safari update, this no longer works in Safari. Anyone know whether this can be easily fixed? Thanks!

I corroborate this. Came here looking to see if anyone had an explanation.

For what it's worth, using a contextual menu (right clicking or using control+click) still gives you access to the "Look up in Dictionary" service. You can set the preferences in Dictionary to use the contextual popup instead of opening the app.

Does anyone know if there's been a Radar issue filed at Apple? I wouldn't even know how to look it up let alone file it.
