Delegates and default iCal window

Hi,

I use MobileMe and iCal for my main calendars, but have one calendar I share with a Google calendar user. We both have read & write priveleges. I see my colleague's calendar listed under "Delegates" on the left hand menu, but also under mygmailaddress@gmail.com.

Everytime I start up Ical, it loads the delegate calendar, and I have to go to the Window menu and select "iCal".

How can I set the default iCal window to show all my calendars?
