How prevent Quicktime from blacking out my second screen in full-screen mode?

This problem occurs when you have a second monitor.

In OS X Lion when I play a movie in Quicktime and select the "full-screen" mode, then Quicktime blacks out both of my screens to play the movie in full-screen mode. The OS 10.6 version of Quicktime allowed me to have a full-screen movie running in Quicktime while also working in other applications on my second screen.

Anyone know how I can change this hidden Quicktime preference to allow me to use full-screen mode AND work in other application on my second screen?

Same here also, the new behaviour is costing a lot of time. I use it to play tutorials full screen on one monitor and follow in the program on the other monitor. I is already annoying that everytime I start a new chapter I have to close quicktime open the new chapter and then move quicktime to my other screen, because it always opens on my iMac monitor, but now I also have to manualy rezise the window. I hope Apple is gonna change this soon.
